peeling plastic...
The image surface i use for this process are .030 ml sheets of PETG plastic. I started with 10 4'x8' sheets that I cut down into 40 2'x3' which is our maximum output size. each plate is covered in two sheets of plastic that need to be peeled and removed. This creates massive static electricity (it even got my junk). After the plastic is peeled off each plate the plate then needs be degreased. This does two things, removing the glue residue from the plastic sheets and removing any grease from the surface of the plates which helps keep the ImagOn adhered to the surface.
